1. Event Description:

  • TRAVEL THAILAND is designed to introduce participants to property investment opportunities in Bangkok, Thailand. The event includes tours of prime real estate developments, access to insights from industry experts, and valuable knowledge about the property market.

2. Registration and Payment:

  • By registering for TRAVEL THAILAND, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payment for event registration must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If the company receives notice to cancel 30 days or more before the date of departure, a minimum administrative fee of RM50.00 or 10% of the tour deposit (whichever is lower) per person will be levied.


    If notice of the cancellation is received 29 days or less before the date of departure the following charges will apply:-


    Cancellation Received Cancellation Charges Per Person

    15 - 29 working days before the date of departure - 50% of tour deposit

    08 - 14 working days before the date of departure - 20% of tour fare

    03 - 07 working days before the date of departure - 40% of tour fare

    02 - Working days or less before the date of departure - 100% of tour fare


    The respective airline's cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges as set out in clause above (Note: The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline's Terms and Conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissue able, and non-refundable and no reroute able. Any alteration in routing or change of date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk. The company or its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred. However, any refund made by any airline for a cancellation made 2 working days or less before the day of travel for non-promotional fares shall be paid to the tour member less any administration charges incurred by the tour company).

  • Refund Policy :

    Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving a cancellation request and will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Event Changes and Modifications:

  • DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes or modifications to the event schedule, content, or speakers, if necessary. We will provide reasonable notice of such changes when possible.

5. Liability and Responsibility:

  • DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience that may occur during the event.

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being during the event.

6. Force Majeure:

  • In cases of natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

7. Privacy Policy:

  • Your personal information may be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By participating in TRAVEL THAILAND, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
