Here we are, through a rather mundane 2020 and kicking in December with a Whacky Giveaway for us all to start 2021 in a brighter note!

• Duration

  HOSEH LIAO! December Whacky Giveaway (“Promotion”) will run from 1 December 2020 to 31 December (“Promotion Period”). DWG Malaysia reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

• Eligibility

  The promotion is open to Malaysian or Non-Malaysian purchaser(s) who are above 18 years of age; In the event that the purchaser is below 18 years old, consent must be obtained from the parent/guardian before participating in this promotion. Purchaser by those under 18 years old will be assumed to have obtained prior consent from the parent/guardian. DWG Malaysia shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims whatsoever incurred from his/her violation of the minimum age stated herein.

  Purchaser(s) for the Tropika Bukit Jalil unit would be entitled to the “HOSEH LIAO! December Whacky Giveaway” promoted by DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd as detailed below:

  • Unit Cluster 03 : 9 Months Maintenance Fee inclusive of Sinking Fund (Absorbed)
  • Unit Cluster 03A & 07 : 3 Months Maintenance Fee inclusive of Sinking Fund (Absorbed)
  • Draw to Win EITHER ONE(1) of the mentioned perks and prizes below:
  1) iPhone 12 Pro, 128GB (Colour depending on stocks availability) worth RM4,899
  2) Electrical Appliances Cash Voucher worth RM3,000
  3) Samsung Door Lock worth RM2,000
  4) RM888 e-Cash on Touch & Go

• Prizes

  Prizes for this Promotion include:

  1) Maintenance Fees that is agreed to be absorbed would be payable in cash format upon the handover of The Tropika Bukit Jalil.

  2) iPhone 12 Pro and RM888 e-Cash would be awarded upon stage 2(b) with Sales & Purchase Agreement as well as Loan Agreement both Signed & Stamped.

  3) Electrical Appliances Cash Voucher and Samsung Door Lock would be awarded during Vacant Possession (VP).

  4) HOSEH LIAO! December Whacky Giveaway Promotion is not transferable to others.

  5) HOSEH LIAO! December Whacky Giveaway Promotion is not exchangeable for other gifts nor cash reimbursements.

  6) HOSEH LIAO! December Whacky Giveaway Promotion will fully be borne by DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Purchaser(s) to indemnify and acknowledge that the Developer shall not in any manner be held liable for this sales promotion mentioned above.

  7) DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd possesses the rights to alter the promotion(s) at any period without the need of consent by client(s) or developer.

  8) DWG Malaysia Sdn Bhd possess the rights to revoke the gifts from the client(s) should any clause be broken and not fulfilled by the client(s) particularly on Terms 1 & 2.

  DWG Malaysia reserves the right to replace the prize with item of similar value if published prize become unavailable.

• Terms of Participation

  1. By participating in this Promotion, the participant fully and unconditionally accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

  2. DWG Malaysia reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  3. Any illegal/unsocial/immoral activity at any point of time will also result in the disqualification of participant and DWG Malaysia has every right to take any action as it deems fit.

• Governing Law

  The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
