DWG The Tropika Kahoot Challenge (“Contest”) will run on 17 November 2020 with 3 time slots which is 11am, 3pm or 9pm (“Contest Period”). DWG Malaysia reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
This Contest is open to Malaysian or Non-Malaysian participants who are above 18 years of age; In the event that the participant is below 18 years old, consent must be obtained from the parent/guardian before participating in this Contest. Participation by those under 18 years old will be assumed to have obtained prior consent from the parent/guardian. DWG Malaysia shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims whatsoever incurred from his/her violation of the minimum age stated herein.

2.3 Participants will receive a ZOOM Meeting link after submitted items above. The link will be share on 15 November 2020 or 16 November 2020.
2.4 Participants can join in any slot (11am/3pm/9pm). Each participant can only participate once and is based on a first come first serve basis.

Participants need to join the ZOOM Meeting to go through the Kahoot questionnaire. These questions award points for correct answers. Points are awarded based on speed of answer: the faster you answer, the more points you get.
The top 3 winners will be entitled to participate in FINAL LUCKY DRAW.

All prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable. Colour may vary according to stocks availability at the time of purchase.
DWG Malaysia reserves the right to replace the prize with item of similar value if published prize become unavailable.
Winner announcements will take place after the Kahoot challenge. The top 3 winners will be entitled to participate in FINAL LUCKY DRAW.
Winners will need to contact DWG Malaysia through Facebook or Instagram Direct Message (DM). Winners will be required to present full name and contact detail for verification.
Once verification is complete, DWG Malaysia will proceed to deliver the prize to the verified winners.
1. DWG Malaysia will not be responsible for any inaccurate details provided by the participant to claim their prizes.
2. Except where expressly provided herein, the participant shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from his/her participation in the Contest including the collection of the Prize including transportation, accommodation and sustenance and no reimbursement may be sought from DWG Malaysia.
3. DWG Malaysia makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the participation of this Contest.

5. The winner is required to produce Proof of Identity prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The forms of identification which constitutes Proof of Identity are as follows: Malaysian Identity Card/Passport/Driver’s Licence. Failure to provide any Proof of Identity and/or any discrepancy found in the identification and verification of the winner entitles the DWG Malaysia to disqualify the winner.
6. DWG Malaysia will contact the winners before sending out the prizes.
7. In the event that a winner is not contactable after THREE attempts, DWG Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another qualified winner.

In the event of discrepancies in any information submitted by the winner during verification by DWG Malaysia or any breach of any third party’s intellectual property rights or privacy by the winner, DWG Malaysia has the absolute right to disqualify the winner and his/her submission and another suitable winner.
2. DWG Malaysia reserves the right to reject any winner at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever. In the case of any dispute, the DWG Malaysia reserves the right to make the final decision. DWG Malaysia’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

Personal data such as participant’s name, contact details and email address and the photo containing faces of individuals in addition to the participant submitted in the contest, including any publicly available information available on social networking websites may be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by DWG Malaysia for purposes relating to the administration of the Contest and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and communication relating to DWG Malaysia (“Purpose”). Please be informed that the personal data may be disclosed to DWG Malaysia’s affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws. Please note that it will be necessary for DWG Malaysia to process the participant’s personal data for the Purpose, without which, the participant will not be able to participate in this Contest. By providing the personal data and/or participating in this Contest, the participant indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed that the personal data will be recorded or stored.
